Program Days
Your excursion to Peak Talamrout (2600m) begins with a morning pickup from your accommodation in Marrakech around 8:00 AM in a private air-conditioned vehicle. After a scenic 1.5 to 2-hour drive through the High Atlas Mountains, you’ll arrive in the village of Imlil (1740m), where you’ll meet your local mountain guide. From there, you’ll begin a guided hike through picturesque Berber villages, terraced farmland, and forested trails as you ascend toward the summit of Talamrout. After approximately 2.5 to 3 hours of hiking, you’ll reach the peak, where you’ll enjoy sweeping views over the Imlil Valley and surrounding Atlas peaks. A traditional Berber picnic lunch will be served either at the summit or in a scenic spot along the descent. Following lunch, you’ll return to Imlil by mid-afternoon, where you can relax with a mint tea before starting the drive back to Marrakech. Arrival back in the city is expected around 6:30 PM, with drop-off at your hotel or riad. The excursion includes round-trip transport, a local guide, lunch, and bottled water.
